Conclusion: This work provides clinically relevant information on adults with AD treated with tralokinumab who were diagnosed with COVID-19 or received SARS-CoV-2 vaccination during the COVID-19 pandemic. New SARS-CoV-2 variants, evolving vaccination guidelines, and COVID-19 treatments may affect decision-making in the future.
